Walnut Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, egg, and 3/4 tsp cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt;
  3. Mix well.
  4. Turn into pie crust.
  5. Bake 15 min.
  6. During this 15 min, in small bowl combine sugar, flour and 1/2 tsp cinnamon;
  7. Cut in margarine until crumbly.
  8. Remove pie after 15 min and reduce oven temperature to 350.
  9. Sprinkle walnut mixture evenly over pie.
  10. Bake 40-50 min until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean.
  11. Cool.
  12. Enjoy!!!
