Become an Editor!

Dear Kerux Readers,

Its been a good year of compelling, interesting, and informative articles on Marriage and Singleness, Diversity, Testimonies, and in this edition, Looking Back: Experiences at CTS. The team have had fun planning, recruiting, editing and doing layout together. We are very grateful for the various writers who have lent their thoughts and hands to Kerux this last year. We look forward to the 2015-2016 school year and more articles from all of you. Feel free, as ideas percolate or hit you (literally or figuratively) over the summer, to send in an article for publication next year.

Kerux is looking to add new editors to the team for the 2015-2016 school year. Editing for Kerux is a great experience offering opportunities to meet new people, find out what is going on around the seminary, focus on

important issues, and help CTS students connect with each other. Be part of shaping the dialogue that goes on around campus through editorials and layout. Add Kerux Editor to your resume. Also, editing for Kerux comes with an honorarium.

Don’t have any editorial experience? Don’t worry, there are people to teach you. As long as you have a decent command of the English language, an eye for grammatical mistakes, and a willingness to put in some time and effort, the Kerux can use you.

Afraid of the time commitment? We can also use people interested in positions with a lesser time commitment, including photography, recruiting articles, or serving as an staff writer. Say yes to a year of teamwork and writing. Next year will be the 50th anniversary of Kerux founding. Help keep the ball rolling as Kerux heads into the future.

Please contact kerux@calvinseminary.edu if you are interested in joining the team or want to write.

The 2014-2015 Kerux Staff
